7. Desired Start Lease Date

8. Start Lease by Date

9. Collective Monthly Income after Taxes 

10. Credit Score

11. Is There Proof of Income 

12. Evictions Answer

13. Felonies Answer

14. Pets Answer

15. Smoking Answer

16. Security Deposit Amount

17. Market Price

We also provide a continuously updated spreadsheet including this information for your reference. Also the invitee gets a text reminder 2 hours before showing.

Sign up with your general property policy or with your specific customization per each property. Your choice!

Start off with up to 10 of your properties at $5. If necessary add properties at the original $5 price.
