Showing Scheduler Terms and Conditions

Client’s agreement

The client is legally obligated to pay $5 to ‘Showing Scheduler’, for every new lead and related details (see ‘Owner’s Agreement’ for more information) which are populated in the spreadsheet whose title is “‘Client’s company name’ + ’Showing Schedule’” which Showing Scheduler will provide within a week of sign up.

It is the client’s obligation to provide Showing Scheduler with a compatible email address for the details to be sent to in Google Calendar (client may have to identify their sending email address in gmail so client can accept calendar events). Otherwise the client must rely solely on the spreadsheet for reference. Showing Scheduler has one week to send the spreadsheet, provided that it is sent email or WhatsApp contact information.

Client must provide payment information.

Client must relay to Showing Scheduler whenever a given property is closed or suspended or else the ensuing leads will continue to be charged.

Owner’s agreement

Showing Scheduler is legally obligated to generate leads for properties, and properties’ information which are provided by the client, provided that the information provided is sufficient enough to use, and organized enough that Showing Scheduler does not need to overly exert itself to reorganize the data to fit with Showing Scheduler’s information structure.

Showing Scheduler will initially generate leads for at least 10 properties. Showing Scheduler reserves the right to determine how much is too much in regards to obligation to list too many received properties.

Showing Scheduler legally obligates itself to not only send new occuring leads to the client by way of Google Calendar and spreadsheet, but also to schedule with a lead, and qualify them in order to send to the client’s Google Calendar:

1. Time of Showing (shows up in the calendar at the Google Calendar event's time) 

2. Name of prospective tenant

3. Location of Showing (shows up in location area of the Google Calendar event)

4. Phone Number of prospective tenant

5. Email Address of prospective tenant

6. # People living in property

7. Desired Start Lease Date

8. Start Lease by Date

9. Collective Monthly Income after Taxes

10. Credit Score

11. Is There Proof of Income

12. Evictions Answer

13. Felonies Answer

Optional 14. Pets Answer

Optional 15. Smoking Answer

Optional 16. Security Deposit Amount

Optional 17. Market Price

The issuing of these details will be available on the client’s Google Calendar and also the spreadsheet whose title is “‘Client’s company name’ + ’Showing Schedule’”.

Showing Scheduler will also send a text reminder to the invitee before a showing.

The number and specification of any and all details provided are subject to change provided that Showing Scheduler gives a month’s notice before making the change.

The qualification information obtained by Showing Scheduler is for pre-qualification purposes, and as such, will not have been verified.

Showing Scheduler can not guarantee expected outcomes as far as generating leads is concerned.

Dual Mentions

If one name makes more than one appointment for a showing, the charge will be worth the number of mentions of name and related details unless the appointments are spam.

Showing cancellations

Showing cancellations made by the client or by the invitee do not effect a change in the $5 per Showing obligation.

Payment

Payment will be delivered to Showing Scheduler through a provided Credit Card, or through PayPal or Cashapp, at the end of every month the client receives names in the spreadsheet and in Google Calendar. The client is obligated to pay for any extra fees involved in the delivery of the payment. The charge is currently $5 per showing and related details obligated by Showing Scheduler.

Changes in Cost

Showing Scheduler reserves the right to change the price of the agreement at any time and starts to take place after next payment date.

Client Cancellation

The client reserves the right to cancel their subscription to Showing Scheduler at any given time, provided that one day's notice is given.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

Showing Scheduler reserves the right to change any part of its Terms and Conditions, and the change (besides for 'changes in cost', see there) takes effect one month from the date of the change in Terms and Conditions.

Indemnity in case of Errors

If errors occur rendering the Showing Scheduler service partially or fully impaired, Showing Scheduler hereby reserves indemnity against legal action to the fullest extent Showing Scheduler is able according to the law.
